That's a wrap!
Yesterday was the cumulative symposium for our work at the Niagara Community Observatory, where we shared findings and recommendations from our final three reports. We also showcased the new project website, and some of the videos that were created as part of the project.
You can find links to the three reports here.
The event was a great opportunity to engage members of the community with our research, and we received amazing feedback (and, in some cases, push-back) on what we had to share. My understanding is that there will be a few write-ups of the event coming soon.
The event was also a capstone on my time with the NCO. The last two years have been an emotional and intellectual journey, and it felt great to end my time at Brock University on such a high note. If you include my time spent at Brock as a young grad student, yesterday was nearly a decade in the making!
Hopefully you enjoy the work that we delivered through this project. If you're a member of the community, feel free to reach out with your thoughts and feedback. Yesterday was the start to a conversation that will undoubtedly continue in the months and years ahead!
